… are in business since 1990 and are the oldest Polish company in this industry. We were the first to implement HR management standards in Poland. In 1991, we were the first to create the popular publishing series “The Manager’s Library” which specializes in, among other things, HR management. In 1993, we were the first Polish company to create a salary report based on our own methodology. In 2002, we were the first to launch the first internet portal in Poland dedicated to compensation issues. In 2008, we launched the first Polish internet portal wholly dedicated to job market issues.
Thanks to these efforts, we are earning our clients’ recognition. In many cases, our solutions have become models for others to follow.
